CNP-Board Certified

Family Nurse Practioner

Owner

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, my passion for wellness was shaped through years of experience in primary care, where I witnessed firsthand the limitations of a healthcare system focused on treating disease rather than preventing it. While managing chronic conditions is important, I realized my greatest calling was helping patients optimize their health before illness develops.

I am grateful for the opportunity to own a practice dedicated to elevating the standard of healthcare through personalized, concierge-style wellness. We combine advanced medical expertise with a comprehensive approach to longevity, root-cause identification, metabolic health, hormone optimization, medical weight management, aesthetics, and lifestyle medicine to help patients look, feel, and perform at their best.

I am passionate about building meaningful relationships with my patients, taking the time to understand their story, and developing individualized plans that fit their lives. My goal is not only to help patients feel better today, but to empower them with the knowledge and tools to achieve lifelong health, resilience, and longevity.

When I'm not practicing, I'm hanging out with my husband, my 2 kids, and beloved dogs, Cody and Oscar (the weiner dog).

As a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, I have spent years caring for patients with complex and chronic medical conditions across a wide range of healthcare settings. Throughout my career, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that disease can have on individuals and families—not only physically, but emotionally and financially. While helping patients navigate serious illness was deeply meaningful, it also revealed an important truth: many of the conditions that challenge our health later in life are influenced by choices, habits, and interventions that begin long before disease develops.

These experiences transformed my perspective on healthcare and inspired a transition from primarily managing illness to helping patients proactively build health, resilience, and longevity. Caring for medically complex patients reinforced the understanding that while genetics may influence our health, we have significant control over many factors that shape our future outcomes. Nutrition, movement, hormone balance, metabolic health, stress management, sleep quality, and preventative care all play critical roles in determining how we age and how we feel throughout life.

Driven by this realization, I want to help individuals take an active role in creating their own health journey. My approach focuses on optimizing wellness before disease develops, identifying root causes rather than simply treating symptoms, and developing personalized strategies that support long-term vitality and healthy aging.

I specialize in comprehensive wellness programs that may include metabolic health, hormone optimization, peptide therapies and evidence-based longevity strategies. I believe that exceptional care begins with listening, understanding each patient’s unique goals, and creating realistic plans that produce sustainable results

When I am not practicing, I am  spending time with my husband and two children in Buffalo.
